Registration and compliance

As we are a fully regulated provider, we are registered with the regulatory body, Care Quality Commission (CQC), and comply with their stringent standards and regulations. These standards cover aspects of care quality, safety, effectiveness, responsiveness, and leadership.

Regular inspections

We are subject to regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Inspectors assess the quality of our care, interview our staff and clients, and review care and management records within each and every one of our local homecare branches.

All of our staff are required to undergo specific training which is carried out internally by our experienced Training Team. We ensure all of our homecare staff receive ongoing training to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest best practices in care.
